Job Success Profile Solution Engineer (Trial and Tissue Industry Specialist) Location :

Role summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated Solution Engineer focusing on bringing application excellence to customers in the form of trial execution and advanced attrition prevention.

Main responsibilities :

1. Execute trials on-site and provide critical coverage required to make the trials successful.
2. Manage the lifecycle of trials from setup, securing equipment, adhering to evaluation plans, conducting workshops, accumulating data, confirming value with customers, and converting trials into solutions.
3. Serve as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert, assisting in the upskilling of frontline sales.
4. Deliver technical expertise on complex challenges and critical applications to mitigate attrition risk.
5. Maintain expert knowledge of Buckman’s product portfolio, including new products from R&D.
6. Balance time between conducting trials and providing expertise to existing accounts, including attrition prevention.
7. Support health checks with customers.

Desired Qualifications & Experience
