Accountabilities and Deliverables

1. Contribute to the design and development of software components within quality standards.
2. Define, implement, and contribute to User Experience guidelines collaboratively.
3. Resolve issues, defects, and queries promptly during all development phases.
4. Follow configuration management processes for code deployment.
5. Adhere to development processes, protocols, methods, and tools.
6. Conduct quality reviews of own and peers' deliverables.
7. Estimate effort for technical development tasks.
8. Regularly report progress and escalate issues as needed.
9. Mentor and coach junior staff members.
10. Provide client support when necessary.
11. Stay updated on latest technologies and processes.
12. Gain knowledge of the client’s business, products, markets, and regulatory requirements.

Key Relationships

1. Collaborate closely with your delivery team, including analysts, Quality Engineers, and other Engineers.
2. Work with Product Managers to enhance user experience.
3. Coordinate with your engineering team lead to ensure quality standards.
4. Engage with other teams and colleagues to meet project goals.
5. Discuss project matters with clients as needed.
6. Meet regularly with your engineering team lead for personal development discussions.

• Knowledge of Financial Services solutions (Mortgages, Life Insurance, Retirement, Wealth Management).

• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, positive attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable to project changes.
• Ability to dedicate 2 hours weekly to activities supporting mental and physical health.
