We pioneer technology for mobility experiences that matter to people. Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group is looking for you as VIE Europe Division MA / ME engineer in Pamplona (Spain).

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

She / He will support the Europe Division Industrial Performance Manager in the following activities :

Maintenance

• Contribute actively to reach division & plant targets in terms of downtime, Total Preventive Maintenance (T.P.M.), and Maintenance Roadmap deployment.
• Coach plant Maintenance team in maintenance & problem-solving topics.
• Animate Europe Maintenance network :
• Ensure proper definition & deployment of the identified Best Practices.
• Coordinate weekly reporting activities (Downtime, T.P.M., Morning Market…).
• Lead innovative projects (predictive maintenance, digital tools) in pilot plants.
• Lead improvement workshops on T.P.M. topics at plant locations.
• Ensure deployment & application of new Maintenance Standards (“Maintenance under the spotlight”).
• Provide proper training to plants as needed.

Manufacturing Costs

• Actively contribute to achieving division & plant financial targets regarding Manufacturing cost results & savings.
• Coordinate monthly reporting activities (financial & savings).
• Lead global projects to sustainably reduce MFC costs (Energy, C02, Maintenance, IT costs).
• Co-animate MFC workshops at plant locations.
• Ensure deployment of digital tools related to MFC improvement.
• Lead weekly meetings with plant & Indirect Purchasing community to track and support local MFC actions.

This mission will last a minimum of 12 months.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical / scientific field.
• First practical experience in manufacturing or production roles.
• Strong analytical skills and teamwork orientation.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Minimum B2 level of English; additional languages are an advantage.
