About the Role

We are looking for individuals with technical support experience to provide complex support for the Auth0 SaaS platform. You will work closely with customers to resolve issues, perform operational maintenance, and ensure long-term customer success, requiring passion and energy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain customer implementations of Auth0 SaaS, resolving technical and non-technical issues promptly.
  • Own customer issues from troubleshooting to resolution.
  • Manage support tickets to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic support team to exceed customer expectations.
  • Utilize your technical and business analysis skills to solve complex problems and share best practices.
  • Create documentation for troubleshooting and processes.
  • Report bugs and collaborate with Engineering on product issues affecting customers.
  • Coordinate with other departments to promote customer success.
Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years in technical support or software development, or 2-5+ years as a business/technical analyst in software implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with minimal guidance needed to understand complex concepts.
  • Ability to switch between multiple complex tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent problem subdivision skills to identify root causes.
  • Customer-focused attitude and proactive approach.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to plan and execute growth strategies.
Technical Domain Focus
  • Fundamentals of software development and architecture.
  • Knowledge of HTTP, encryption, and security principles.
  • Understanding authentication and authorization concepts.
  • Experience with auth protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, Azure AD, etc.
Additional Details
  • Potential rotation for weekend/on-call shifts to ensure 24x7 support.
