We are seeking an Integration Streamlead to oversee the end-to-end integration of a global SAP S / 4HANA Greenfield implementation. In this role, you’ll define strategies, coordinate services, and ensure quality standards throughout the implementation and rollout phases. Working closely with project management and other subproject leaders, you’ll develop global concepts, optimize team performance, and foster knowledge-sharing. This position demands a proactive leader with extensive SAP integration experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive project success in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

What You Will Do

• Take charge of the integration subproject in an international SAP S / 4HANA Greenfield rollout. Collaborate with other stream leaders and project management to plan, define, and execute integration strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Oversee Progress & Maintain Standards : Ensure integration services meet the highest quality benchmarks during implementation and rollout. Monitor progress, produce status reports, and maintain accountability for seamless coordination across the project lifecycle.
• Shape Holistic Requirements : Collect, prioritize, and manage both functional and technical requirements for integration tasks, ensuring global concepts remain consistent and process integrity is preserved.
• Guarantee Quality & Develop Teams : Establish and maintain quality standards for integration solutions. Encourage professional growth by providing the team with access to knowledge-sharing tools, training, and development opportunities.
• Contribute to the documentation and transfer of expertise, supporting the long-term evolution of project methodologies and application techniques that drive efficiency and sustainability.
• Build strong relationships with IT stakeholders and internal departments, effectively implementing new technologies. Promote a collaborative culture where everyone’s input helps shape successful project outcomes.
• Champion a Positive Culture : Cultivate a supportive, client-focused environment where goals are clear, the team is motivated, and innovation thrives.

Your Skills & Experience

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related area.
• Track record managing large-scale SAP projects, with an emphasis on integration.
• Strong communication and social competence to inspire and guide teams.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in complex SAP environments.
• Demonstrated success leading integration projects in SAP.
• Depth in business and technical processes relevant to global concept development and quality assurance.
• Skilled in strategic and conceptual thinking.
• Confident in project management, leveraging specialized knowledge—even when not hands-on—to move projects forward.
• Strong analytical approach, coupled with diplomacy and initiative to handle multifaceted tasks effectively.
• Fluent English is required. German proficiency is beneficial.
