Antal International is looking for a Raw Material Manager in the dermo-cosmetic sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Raw Materials team and define growth strategies.
2. Set team goals and oversee budget management.
3. Coordinate ingredient approvals for new products and evaluate suppliers; develop action plans to address supply chain issues in collaboration with the Supply team.
4. Develop comprehensive technical knowledge of the raw materials portfolio.
5. Ensure compliance with regulations for Cosmetics, Medical Devices, OTC products, and Food Supplements across the EU, US, China, and Latam; prepare for future regulatory changes.
6. Implement sustainability practices in the supply chain, focusing on origin, traceability, environmental impact, and social responsibility.
7. Develop standards for regulatory compliance, analysis, and toxicology to enhance raw material quality and safety.
8. Participate in supplier audits alongside QA.
9. Build strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate specific needs and requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience with similar responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related Science field.
• Proficiency in English (High Level).
