Your role and responsibilities

As an AI Agent Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with clients to build relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust, and demonstrate how IBM's AI solutions can solve their problems and deliver business value.

1. Designing AI Client Strategies
2. Defining AI solutions
3. Providing educational support through proof of concepts and simplifying complex AI topics for clients
4. Creating innovative AI solutions using AI technologies
5. Building AI Agents and developing Generative AI solutions
6. Developing AI Governance strategies for clients

Required technical and professional expertise

Technical Skills :

• Operating Machine Learning models effectively
• Monitoring and evaluating AI models

Professional Skills :

• Translating business goals into technical solutions through collaborative teamwork
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Preferred technical and professional experience

Market Knowledge :

Understanding of Data & AI market trends to serve as a trusted client advisor (training on IBM's Data & AI offerings will be provided)

IBM AI Solutions Experience :

Experience working with IBM AI technologies, watsonx platform, granite models, instructlab, etc.
