At Kapres Technology, we are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support our multinational client in the logistics sector.

The IT Business Analyst will oversee the implementation of new and existing IT solutions, ensuring they align with the client's business needs. Responsibilities include deploying specialized IT solutions for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Carrier Management Integration Systems (CIMS), and other operational and customer service systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements in collaboration with Solution Design, Operations, and clients.
• Define system functionalities, data, and interfaces.
• Ensure thorough testing and successful implementation of solutions.
• Train key users and support clients to facilitate adoption of new IT solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a large international logistics environment.
• Proven experience in business analysis for IT projects.
• Experience with WMS systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and their interdependencies.
• Currently residing in Europe.

The position is fully remote within Europe.
