As a Creative Strategist at LDX Digital, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of data, creativity, and digital storytelling. Your mission is to drive performance marketing outcomes through innovative, insights-driven advertising strategies across Google platforms, including YouTube, Search, Display, and beyond. You'll collaborate with product marketing managers, analysts, designers, and clients to craft compelling creative campaigns that resonate globally.

- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging creative trends and behavioral shifts on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Utilize tools such as Google Trends, Think with Google, and YouTube Analytics to forecast content opportunities.
- Translate cultural and platform-specific trends into creative strategies that foster audience engagement and brand affinity.
- Analyze competitor campaigns using tools like Ads Transparency Center, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party benchmarks.
- Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to align messaging with market gaps and opportunities.
- Assess live ad campaigns to determine creative effectiveness across demographics and platforms.
- Use proprietary and third-party software (e.g., Ads Data Hub, GA4, Looker Studio) to analyze engagement metrics and suggest creative pivots.
- Promote a test-and-learn culture by hypothesizing, testing, and iterating on creative approaches based on data.
- Develop clear, data-informed creative briefs that include strategic context, creative direction, tone of voice, copy guidance, visual references, and brand guardrails.
- Work with internal designers, copywriters, and videographers to realize ideas aligned with campaign KPIs.
- Manage multiple concurrent creative projects from ideation to performance review.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, brand, and legal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Utilize tools like Clickup, Sheets, and Google Workspace for workflow and communication management.
Requirements Minimum Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or performance advertising.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advertising best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into creative decisions.
- Understanding of media buying and sales data.
- Excellent communication and brief-writing skills.
- Experience with creative tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working with global brands or in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Knowledge of META Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Ability to craft storytelling across diverse cultures and markets.
