Formación

• 10+ years of experience in the health sector.

Descripción del empleo

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the implementation of an EU-funded project titled: Governance and financing models for the 3 REHs in Iasi, Cluj, and Craiova. The organization is seeking experts to support the core team during project implementation.

Location: The operational base of the project is Bucharest.

Duration: The intended start date is July 2025, with services to be provided for 14 months from this date.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Medicine, Public Health, Health Policy, or Health Management.
• Postgraduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in Public Health or Health Management is a strong asset.
• Recognized international training in health management is an asset.
• Excellent command of English (CEFR C1).
• Ability to build and maintain relations with regional/local authorities and stakeholders is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, including moderating meetings/workshops, are an asset.

General Professional Experience

• At least 10 years in the health sector.
• Project management and international work experience are assets.

Specific Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years guiding national/regional/local health authorities or healthcare managers in hospital management and healthcare governance.
• At least 2 projects related to hospital management, quality of care, staff training, and service improvement.
• Minimum 5 years in hospital management or improvement within EU countries.
• Experience in hospital transformation and health quality improvement projects is an asset.
• Experience in international public health projects with organizations like EIB, EBRD, WB, ADB, EC, or WHO is an asset.
• Experience moderating technical groups or coordinating healthcare stakeholders is an asset.
