We are looking for an Organic Growth Manager for an international tech company – 100% remote

At ISPROX, we are partnering with an international company in the technology sector, specialized in cybersecurity and digital identity management solutions. The company is experiencing strong growth and is looking to add an Organic Growth Manager with a strategic mindset and client-oriented approach to help drive expansion within existing accounts.

What will your mission be?

Your main objective will be to contribute to revenue growth through customer retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment, interacting across teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Main responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize the customer renewal process, maximizing retention rates.
  • Design and implement upselling and cross-selling strategies within existing accounts.
  • Analyze customer usage data and behavior to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand clients' needs and challenges in depth to offer aligned solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure clear communication of new features.
  • Create follow-up reports and provide insights on retention, expansion, and revenue growth metrics.

Profile requirements :

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, ideally in the tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of loyalty, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and usage patterns.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Odoo, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on sustainable growth.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
