RELOCATION TO MUNICH REQUIRED

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the smooth operational planning and running of our VIP events in our Munich units on match and non-match days
• Personal, operational guest care at the VIP level
• Organization and coordination of the entire service team, including permanent employees and temporary staff
• Preparation and follow-up of events

Qualifications:

• Completed training in the hotel industry, gastronomy, hospitality industry, or (event) catering
• Alternatively, several years of professional experience in a similar position such as service supervisor, service manager, banquet manager, catering manager, or in event management
• Experience working with temporary staff is a plus
• Reliability and willingness to take responsibility
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and commitment
• Good knowledge of English is mandatory; knowledge of German is a plus
• Interest in international events and catering
