The Role

The Sales Operations Analyst will analyze and optimize inventory management, SKU availability, and sales performance through data-driven reporting. This role acts as a bridge among wholesale operations, sales, inventory, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and data transparency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain sales reports on SKU availability, pricing, inventory, and product transfers
  • Monitor inventory metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop and distribute reports highlighting KPIs and insights
  • Support EDI operations and ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with CRM admins for data integration
  • Support inventory forecasting and demand planning
  • Identify process improvements in sales and inventory management
  • Work with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize product transfers and inventory allocation

Ideal Profile Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related
  • 2+ years in sales operations, inventory management, or analytics
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge of EDI and inventory principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills for complex data presentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Fulfil, etc.)
  • Experience with 3PL operations
  • Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting
  • Understanding of sales processes
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and GSuite for collaboration and productivity

The ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. They should excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
