Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field and have 4-6 years of experience in Asset Management or Banking.

Formación

  • 4-6 years of experience in Asset Management (NPLs) or Banking.
  • Real Estate experience is advantageous.

1. Brief Role Description

Within the Global NPL (Non-Performing Loans) department, this professional will serve as an Internal Consultant, leading the development of procedures and projects related to NPLs, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

2. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of current operational processes
  • Identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
  • Analyze, document, and design new procedures
  • Manage dependencies and impact analyses
  • Prepare requirements documentation for projects
  • Oversee project implementation and monitor progress
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and stakeholder presentations

3. Profile Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with Project Management tools like JIRA (preferred)
  • Intermediate skills in Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Qualifications

  • Degree in Management, Economics, Law, or related fields
  • 4-6 years of experience in Asset Management (NPLs) or Banking; Real Estate experience is advantageous
