Job Description

We are looking for a Principal Consultant for Ayla to join an Enterprise Architecture consultancy engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform as a Senior Business Analyst in Enterprise Architecture projects with international clients.
• Lead comprehensive business analysis for hospitality projects involving PMS, POS, CRM, OTA integrations, loyalty systems, and mobile / web guest experience platforms.
• Gather and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders including operations, marketing, sales, and IT teams.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping (As-Is & To-Be), and root cause analysis to identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and UX / UI teams to translate business needs into system designs and product features.
• Support system implementation, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across various hospitality systems.
• Define and monitor KPIs for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for hospitality platforms, industry best practices, and compliance standards.
• Prepare business cases, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
• Produce high-quality artifacts and consulting deliverables for CXO-level stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong domain expertise in hospitality operations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and either Spanish or Arabic.
