Your role :

• Set up and maintain batch jobs based on requests from SAP application teams and business in test and production systems.
• Monitor procedures and manage alerts effectively.
• Support SAP Software Logistics with deployment tasks.
• Handle internal and external audit requests.
• Proactively address job failures and resolve issues, collaborating with other teams when necessary.
• Monitor job processing and take measures to ensure SLAs are met.
• Manage data exchange operations between SAP and connected subsystems.
• Collaborate closely with teams such as SAP, Goldmine, ECOM, and outsourcing partners to optimize batch scheduling and performance.
• Maintain SAP factory calendars.
• Optimize job performance to utilize resources efficiently.
• Possess basic SAP Basis knowledge; understanding of SAP archiving is a plus.
• Work with ITSM tools and demonstrate the ability to work independently.
• Show capacity for management, teamwork, and collaboration across projects.

Specific requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience with Redwood.
• Over 7 years of experience with SAP software.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
