Mission

Expert / Advisor for the Site in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and the Environment. The role involves assessing occupational and environmental risks at the Madrid Site (processes, workstations, equipment) to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, policies, standards, and corporate guidelines.

HSE Manager

Functions and responsibilities include:

1. Safety & Health
2. Conduct risk assessments in the work environment.
3. Propose measures to control and reduce risks.
4. Educate operators on risks and prevention measures.
5. Monitor compliance with occupational risk prevention programs.
6. Participate in planning preventive activities.
7. Lead in emergency situations.
8. Ensure safe behaviors and proper use of protective equipment.
9. Encourage worker cooperation in preventive measures.
10. Maintain order, cleanliness, and signage in the work environment.
11. Inspect and evaluate risks through visits, complaints, and data recording.
12. Obtain and maintain ISO 45001 Certification.
13. Plan and coordinate audits for continuous improvement.
14. Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility
15. Implement strategic sustainability projects.
16. Monitor supply chain sustainability practices.
17. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and international standards.
18. Maintain ISO 14001 Certification.
19. Coordinate audits and set sustainability objectives.
20. Promote a culture of sustainability within the company.

Profile

• Degree in Engineering (industrial, chemical, environmental) with specialization as a Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention; Master in Sustainability or similar is preferable.
• Over 5 years of experience in industrial Occupational Risk Prevention; management systems experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and conversational fluency.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, organized, methodical, with strong analytical skills and teamwork abilities.
