Responsibilities :

1. Regulatory Compliance : Ensuring day-to-day compliance with GDPR and establishing data privacy frameworks, policies, and best practices within the organization.
2. Third-Party Management : Assessing and monitoring the data privacy compliance of vendors and third-party service providers.
3. Documentation & Reporting : Maintaining records of processing activities (ROPA), privacy policies, and reports for audits.
4. Training & Awareness : Educating employees on data privacy policies, cybersecurity awareness, and compliance requirements.
5. Assisting / supporting : The Corporate Data Privacy Officer in her tasks.

Requirements :

• Knowledge of GDPR or a strong willingness to learn and understand the regulation.
• Strong communication and training skills to effectively educate and guide employees on data privacy best practices.
• Adaptability and collaboration, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ensuring the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated, well-organized team player with high ethical standards and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency in English and German (minimum B2 level) for effective business communication.
