The Dutch Linguist performs quality control and on-demand translation tasks, takes on linguistic lead functions on assigned projects, coordinates activities of translators for specific accounts or projects, trains and develops freelancers, and ensures high standards of work within deadlines and quality expectations. They also ensure adherence to the Language Process by the project/team.
