• Design, develop and implement IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect technology.
• Create and maintain bots and chatbots to enhance efficiency and user experience.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of IVR and bots.
• Strong knowledge of IVR and IVR development using Genesys Cloud Architect.
• Experience in developing bots and chatbots.
• Good level of English both written and spoken.

As a Genesys Cloud Developer, you will need experience in design and develop and implement IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect technology, create and maintain bots and chatbots to enhance efficiency and user experience and work closely with project teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
