JOB OBJECTIVE

We are looking for a Consultant with experience in technology or digital transformation consulting to join our team and help us shape and deliver custom AI consulting solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate combines a passion for innovation and technology with solid consulting skills: someone capable of understanding client needs, shaping value propositions, estimating projects, and managing end-to-end consulting engagements, especially those involving AI and digital transformation.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing AI Tech Studio where you’ll work hand-in-hand with our leadership and tech teams to co-design the future of professional services in AI.

LOCATION

Madrid Office, hybrid (2–3 days/week remote). Mandatory to be based in Comunidad de Madrid with Spanish fiscal residence.

Dubai Office, hybrid (2–3 days/week remote). Based in Dubai with a valid Work Visa or eligibility for relocation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design tailored consulting proposals by aligning client needs with our AI products and services, articulating clear business value.
• Lead the definition of project scopes, work plans, team composition, hours allocation, and budgeting, adapting to different client realities.
• Act as project manager for consulting engagements, coordinating deliverables, tracking progress (using tools like Notion, Jira), and managing stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with our technical teams to translate business requirements into realistic delivery plans.
• Be client-facing and support our leadership team in client meetings, workshops, and strategic conversations.
• Research and analyze AI market trends, use cases, and innovation benchmarks to shape internal thinking and support proposal building.
• Contribute to the improvement and systematization of our consulting methodology, templates, and frameworks.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, ideally within technology/digital transformation/AI-related domains.
• Proven ability to design consulting proposals, estimate efforts, and manage budgets and resource planning.
• Comfortable navigating client conversations, from requirement gathering to co-creation of tailored solutions.
• Solid project management skills, including use of tools like Notion, Jira, Monday, or similar.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Curiosity and fluency are essential, no need to be a tech expert.
• Ability to interact fluently with technical teams, understand their logic, and help structure deliverables collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken), both in English and Spanish.

You can't know everything, but if you meet any of the following points, even if they are notions, it is important for us, although not necessary:

• Previous experience in AI-related consulting, data-driven projects, or service design in innovation contexts.
• Familiarity with AI value proposition building, including GenAI use cases, computer vision, or data-centric solutions.
• Experience working in top-tier consulting firms or tech firms with high exposure and autonomy.
