The Finance Administrative will provide secretarial and administrative support to Director Finance Business Partner and Assistant Director of Finance for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Controller’s Office. This will include monitoring of contracts for renewal, updating of contract database and handling courier requirements for the Finance division.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and should have knowledge of office management systems and procedures, Front Office, Opera, Accounts Payable & Receivable. He / she should have strong organizational, planning and analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high command of oral and written Spanish & English.

The person will also be responsible for planning meetings and taking detailed minutes, assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, and developing and maintaining a filing system. He / she will be entrusted with sensitive information which he / she should be able to handle in a confidential manner.
