Overall Responsibilities :

• Sell holiday preview packages to guests via inbound and outbound calls.
• Exceed minimum production requirements set by management.
• Liaise with owners to generate new prospects.
• Verify and activate pre-sold packages.
• Contact MVC owners, non-owners, and members to schedule virtual sales presentations.
• Assist with marketing activities as required.

Essential Job Functions :

• Qualify potential purchasers and build relationships with owners and prospects.
• Complete bookings and obtain necessary flight details.
• Maintain logs and reservation details in the lead tracking system.
• Manage call-backs and adhere to departmental rules.
• Use templates for guest correspondence and complete verification calls.
• Ensure clients meet qualification criteria for sales presentations.
• Send confirmation letters and re-confirm appointments.
• Join and host virtual meetings, resolving attendance issues.
• Manage appointment schedules and generate guest correspondence.
• Perform compliance calls as needed.

• Maintain knowledge of computer systems and support a collaborative team environment.
