Overall Responsibilities :
- Sell holiday preview packages to guests via inbound and outbound calls.
- Exceed minimum production requirements set by management.
- Liaise with owners to generate new prospects.
- Verify and activate pre-sold packages.
- Contact MVC owners, non-owners, and members to schedule virtual sales presentations.
- Assist with marketing activities as required.
Essential Job Functions :
- Qualify potential purchasers and build relationships with owners and prospects.
- Complete bookings and obtain necessary flight details.
- Maintain logs and reservation details in the lead tracking system.
- Manage call-backs and adhere to departmental rules.
- Use templates for guest correspondence and complete verification calls.
- Ensure clients meet qualification criteria for sales presentations.
- Send confirmation letters and re-confirm appointments.
- Join and host virtual meetings, resolving attendance issues.
- Manage appointment schedules and generate guest correspondence.
- Perform compliance calls as needed.
