Role & Mission – What You’ll Do

As a Senior 3D Illustration Artist , you'll play a key role in crafting the high-impact visuals that define All in Hole.

This role is not about optimizing low-poly game assets or technical pipelines, it’s about pushing 3D artistry to its full illustrative potential . You'll bring characters, environments, and objects to life in rich, fully rendered scenes that dazzle and convert. Key responsibilities :

• Design, model, and texture high-quality rendered 3D characters and environments
• Render standalone 3D objects (e.g., chests, themed headers, shop bundles) for UI elements that pop and align with the game’s personality.
• Ensure consistency with the game’s visual identity while applying a sharp artistic eye to elevate style and detail beyond functional use.

Requirements

Preferred Experience—What's your profile

If you’re a visual storyteller who loves crafting fully rendered 3D scenes and wants to make your mark in the mobile game world, this role is made for you!

• 5–7 years of experience in creating 3D high poly models or illustration roles
• Experience in shipped games is a plus, but a strong 3D illustration portfolio speaks louder
• Deep understanding of casual, cartoony and stylized art styles
• Skilled in lighting, shading, and rendering high-quality still images that pop! Whether it's a cinematic splash, a juicy treasure chest or an epic banner
• Proficient in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max and Zbrush with strong texturing abilities in Substance Painter or 3D Coat. Photoshop mastery for paintover and enhancements is a big plus
• Experience crafting and rendering standalone 3D objects for UI
• Communicate clearly with concept artists and the art director to bring shared visions to life
• Comfortable taking initiative, iterating quickly and managing time across multiple features without sacrificing quality
