Job Description

Remote Service Engineer – Healthcare Software

Help Philips impact healthcare by finding and establishing solutions for healthcare software, enabling clinicians to provide the best care for patients.

Your role :
  1. This role supports our Emergency Medical Record (ICCA) and Care Management Software used in A&E & ICU departments.
  2. As a Remote Support Engineer, you will act as 1st line support by qualifying customer calls, resolving application issues (including scripting and queries), and escalating to higher support levels when necessary.
  3. You will ensure customer satisfaction through regular and timely communication, prioritization of calls and tasks, and providing product training.
  4. You will support colleagues by providing quality documentation, reporting, and sharing your expertise.
  5. This role offers the opportunity to work from home.

You're right for this role if :
  • You have a technical background with experience in Application/Software Support, ideally in healthcare, or are willing to learn clinical solutions.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, medical informatics, or a related field.
  • Your technical skills include :
  • Windows Server
  • SQL Server 2012+ and query execution
  • Networking
  • Ideally, HL7, FHIR, and knowledge of Clinical/Hospital Patient Workflow
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Reliability, commitment, confidence, and strong teamwork skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
