Descripción del empleo

The Solution Coordinator is a Programme Management role responsible for addressing engine-related issues and risks. The incumbent will define and manage integrated plans to resolve these issues and lead their implementation.

Responsibilities include :

• Issue and Risk Management : Assignments involve solving engine-related issues and anticipating risks, managing them similarly.
• Root Cause Analysis : Obtain analysis from Engineering.
• Solution Identification : Collaborate with functions (Engineering, Support, Supply, Commercial, Quality) to identify preventive solutions in P21 and P145, such as product changes, maintenance activities, commercial policies, or quality controls. Solutions must be consistent across functions.
• Corrective Solutions : Identify corrective measures for P21 and P145, such as capacity increases or capability development.
• Plan Development and Coordination : Challenge solutions, propose integrated plans for EXCOM approval, coordinate activities within EPI and PCs to meet deadlines, and lead resolution efforts.
• Change Management : Manage ongoing or requested product changes, ensure timely delivery, utilize project management tools, maintain plans, hold meetings, report progress, and prepare changes for the Change Control Committee. Interface with parent companies and customers during the process.
• Performance Monitoring : Establish KPIs, provide visibility on progress, risks, and opportunities, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Issue Resolution : Propose solutions and lead resolution within the program timeframe, managing a portfolio of product changes.

Qualifications include :

• Experience in Programme Management
• Training in Programme Management tools
• Experience in the aeronautical engine field
• Ideally, knowledge of the TP400 engine
• Fluency in English
• Ability to drive projects with limited guidance
