For one of our key clients and world leaders in materials technology, Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is looking for a Sr. Electrical Engineer to assist our client in the realization / construction of a megaproject in Northern Spain. Once the construction phase begins, full on-site presence will be required.

This role is expected to start towards the end of this year or early next year. Initially, you would work as an independent consultant (autónomo) through CMC, with the client's intention to make the role permanent upon successful collaboration within or after a 2-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drawing and overseeing the electrical design and implementation within a specific area or unit.
2. Managing the EPCs through all project phases, assisting as necessary, and reporting progress to the project manager.
3. Designing and implementing tailored electrical systems to meet operational requirements.
4. Addressing and resolving electrical issues during construction, overseeing subcontractors during startup and commissioning.
5. Approving electrical designs and RFMs for subcontractors, participating in vendor evaluations and technical communications.
6. Collaborating with the Maintenance department to introduce process improvements.
7. Ensuring maintenance and updating of drawings for seamless handover.
8. Supporting equipment upgrading projects and proposing improvements.
