Job Description :

The Project Manager will design, develop, and manage activities for specific products or groups of products, overseeing their lifecycle from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. They will serve as the central resource coordinating with design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product development and distribution.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all stages of the product lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance.

Collaboration & Interaction :

Builds productive internal and external relationships to resolve mutual issues by collaborating on procedures or transactions. Provides standard professional advice and prepares initial reports or analyses for review by experienced team members.

Complexity & Problem Solving :

Works on moderate scope problems that are often varied and routine, analyzing situations or data by considering multiple factors. Exercises judgment within established procedures to determine appropriate actions, contributing to analysis and investigation efforts. Typically works with minimal supervision on daily tasks and receives general instructions on new assignments.

Knowledge & Application :

Develops professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve issues, and determines courses of action based on guidelines, modifying processes as needed.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree typically required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
