ServiceNow Tech Lead – Order Management / International Project / 100% Remote from Spain

At DECSKILL , we’re looking for a ServiceNow Tech Lead with strong knowledge in Order Management or other SNOW modules like CSM , ITSM , HRSD , or SPM , to join a high-impact international project delivered by Amadeus in collaboration with external vendors.

Location : Remote from Spain (Nearshore)

Your Role As a Tech Lead, you’ll support a distributed development team across Europe and India by :

  • Providing technical guidelines and support
  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables
  • Leading the design and development of complex requirements

You’ll work closely with Architects, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across teams.

Professional Skills (Methods & Processes)

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products (Order Management preferred; also open to CSM, ITSM, HRSD, SPM)
  • Understanding of Project Management processes and SAFe methodology
  • Experience with release management and code versioning best practices
  • Ability to write clear, comprehensive functional specifications , including inputs, outputs, solution design, integrations, and alternatives
  • Experience in technical and functional testing , including test script creation and execution
  • Previous involvement in Agile / SCRUM environments

  • Collaborative mindset : able to work effectively with diverse teams (technical, functional, junior, senior, management)
  • Proactive and solution-oriented : always seeking improvement and contributing to problem-solving
  • Clearly articulate ideas and align stakeholders

Language : Fluent English (written and spoken)
