As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you will be responsible for reporting monthly actual figures and ensuring the accuracy of financial data for our corporate entity based in Switzerland.

You will establish the statutory accounts of this holding entity, with support from the central teams in Switzerland and Barcelona.

Additionally, you will support the preparation and submission of VAT declarations for our main Swiss entity, which has several VAT registrations across the EU (FR, DE, UK, SE).

Occasionally, you will support other corporate entities on various matters and act as an administrator for our T&E tool (Concur).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely accounting activities with high First Time Quality (FTQ)
• Prepare and submit VAT declarations for various EU VAT registrations
• Serve as the main contact for the T&E tool (Concur) regarding questions or issues (low volume of requests)
• Responsible for IFRS and local GAAP reporting
• Assist in simplifying financial accounting processes, perform account reconciliations, compliance checks, and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with outsourced accounting teams and internal/external stakeholders
