We are looking for a SAP HR / FI-AP specialist for a hybrid project based in Madrid.

Description

This role is responsible for defining, building, delivering, and maintaining Finance business applications aligned with the client’s business strategy, especially Cytric and its integration with systems such as Workday and S4H, covering the end-to-end process, supporting expense posting in SAP, and employee payment processes.

The Finance & People Solutions team enables Digital Business Solutions (DBS) and Digital Transformation Services (DTS) to improve overall client business performance through Process Automation.

This role involves understanding internal customer requirements, proposing and implementing solutions while maintaining process and tool standardization. The team supports the client’s organization to achieve outcomes like increased security, cost reductions, and improved business quality. Providing timely and accurate information and effective support is critical for the function and top management service delivery.

• Identify automated solutions for travel and expenses end-to-end.
• Propose system solutions based on high-level business requirements, recommend potential solutions during feasibility studies, ensuring end-to-end consistency.
• Advise process owners on the best functional solutions, maintaining process and tool standardization and integration.
• Validate detailed requirements and ensure solutions/applications meet expectations.
• Gather and review detailed business specifications with internal partners (Finance, CISO, TRU).
• Analyze impacts on existing processes and tools supporting these processes.
• Define functional specifications using standard solutions whenever possible.

Solution construction and design

• Guide Business Solutions on end-to-end impacts.
• Provide functional support and quality control during solution development.
• Perform SIT/UAT testing to ensure solution reliability.
• Create user documentation and educational materials to facilitate user adoption.
• Lead analysis and design tasks to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support architecture management and propose efficient approaches.
• Coordinate integration and performance testing.
• Validate technical requirements with developers and support implementation.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Maintain agility throughout the development cycle.
• Implement solutions in production, defining TCO strategies.

Solution maintenance and support

• Provide application support upon request.
• Propose enhancements to improve processes and prevent failures.

Resources management

• Coordinate and validate activities and workload of the technical/functional team.

Required Skills

• Over 2 years experience with S4H and Cytric (or similar travel expense tools), including participation in implementation projects (upgrades, migrations, rollouts for SAP TME and Cytric).
• Experience with Cytric or other expenses tools like Concur or Coupa.
• Knowledge of corporate support functions.
• Experience with SAP TME, SAP HR, and SAP FI-AP, especially integration between SAP FI-AP and SAP HR is mandatory.
• Experience working with external teams.
• Degree in Finance & Accounting.
