Job Summary

The Transformation Project Manager will serve as a global project leader responsible for overseeing and executing significant transformation projects within Swissport's global network. The focus will be on productivity improvement initiatives, including developing proprietary tools for better planning, rostering, and workforce allocation. The role involves business analysis, supporting regional implementation of value-levers, tracking impacts, and bridging communication between Business and IT teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Assess and trade-off different solutions to maximize regional benefits.
  2. Prioritize deployment of initiatives based on value, effort, and cost.
  3. Define activities and develop implementation plans for each project and region.
  4. Establish regional project and Business-as-Usual (BaU) teams.
  5. Manage and coach regional teams in execution.
  6. Develop new regional processes.
  7. Track project implementation and benefits realization.
  8. Lead global steering committees at the management level.
  9. Serve as interim Product Owner for proprietary tools under development.

Qualifications and Competencies
  • University degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading complex, international projects, preferably at a managerial level in consulting or industry.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience managing large, global projects involving diverse cultures and time zones.
  • End-to-end project delivery skills.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Team-oriented with an adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
