Job Responsibilities

• Define design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release support in an agile environment.
• Understand change management, quality assurance, and deployment management to mitigate risks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering team members.
• Understand microservice architecture on PaaS and AWS infrastructure.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience with BPM deliveries (e.g., Appian), software engineering, and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of Operations processes.
• Proven project delivery and management experience using Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills at technical and business levels.
• Leadership in engineering and release management.
• Experience designing and deploying microservice/API environments on-premise or cloud.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills

• Stakeholder management experience in complex, politically sensitive scenarios.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
