A leading recruitment partner is seeking a goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Key Account Managers. Formación

We’re looking for a goal-oriented and hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our client’s team of Swedish and Norwegian Key Account Managers. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving performance, optimizing sales strategies, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Job Assignments

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Work closely with other teams to improve workflows and optimize the customer experience.
  • Ensure KPIs, sales targets, and reporting standards are met.
  • Foster a positive, goal-oriented team culture aligned with company values.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members to ensure strong performance.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Design and execute sales plans to increase revenue and expand business opportunities.

What You Bring :

  • Strong experience in sales or team management, ideally in a B2C or related environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and develop effective strategies.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both within the team and cross-functionally.
  • Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Fluent in English, spoken & written. Knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian is a plus.
