Create Circus is a highly respected micro agency specialising in web development and design. We're known for delivering bold, creative digital work with efficiency, clarity, and care.

We're now hiring a manager to lead our growing team, oversee delivery across all client projects, and own our sales conversations—bringing calm control to our creative chaos.

About the Role

As the Agency Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our team performs at its best, projects run smoothly, and clients feel supported and excited to work with us. You'll manage 2 Project Managers and 3 Developers, ensuring we deliver at maximum efficiency without burnout.

You’ll also take ownership of inbound sales calls, helping to convert leads into long-term clients and guiding them through onboarding and project planning.

This is a structured role with clearly defined goals.

We will set:

  • 6-month KPIs to track early success and onboarding progress
  • 12-month KPIs to align with broader agency growth

Performance bonuses will be awarded based on delivery quality, client satisfaction, team efficiency—and especially sales performance.

We’re offering a paid training period to get you up to speed, but we’re looking for someone with real experience who can hit the ground running and accelerate that process.
