Our client, a leading multinational information technology services and consulting company, is recruiting a TX Quality Manager to join their project in Spain.

Position Details
  • Type: Permanent
  • Start Date: ASAP
Candidate Profile

Required Experience:

  1. More than 10 years as NOC Technician with knowledge in optical transport networks based on SDH, DWDM, OTN, and photonic mesh networks.
  2. Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service, with a solid track record in transport network management and operation.
  3. Solid knowledge of the technical support processes defined by Telefónica in the field of optical transport and private networks.
  4. Experience in monitoring and analysis of quality and performance indicators (KPI), including real-time and deferred process auditing.
  5. Ability to lead teams, define control metrics, and collaborate in the continuous improvement of operational processes.
  6. Experience in transportation N1 incident management, including incidents, customer complaints, and BTP.
  7. Experience in auditing processes in real time and deferred time, oriented to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  8. Monitoring, analysis, and proposal of improvements for transport network KPIs.
  9. Supervision of quality control tasks for customer report elaboration.
  10. Familiarity with O&M process management systems: iGRI, GEISER MAR / GENESYS, EMS.
  11. Proficiency in network and performance monitoring and visualization tools: MS Office (Excel advanced, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI.
