Descripción del empleo

This is an entry-level role within our Activation specialism, focused on collecting and delivering accurate datasets for our Digital Media Solutions to clients, including some of the world's largest advertisers. The position is based in Spain (remote).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build relationships with media agency stakeholders and collect relevant data from platforms or shared reports in a timely manner.
  2. Use PowerBI dashboards to verify monthly cost and performance data against raw platform reports, ensuring data quality.
  3. Automate data processing using internal tools, provide feedback, report interface anomalies, resolve issues, and manage timelines.
  4. Coordinate with team members, including Client Partners, Production, and other internal stakeholders.
  5. Gain knowledge of media campaign naming taxonomies and map brands using campaign identification codes.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Educational background in marketing, advertising, business administration, or similar.
  • Relevant experience in digital media and operations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level spoken and written); CV should be in English.
  • Basic understanding of the digital media ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI and ability to use them daily.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Keen interest and passion for digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask remotely across multiple clients.
