• Collaborate with professionals to define functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
• Oversee the development team's progress, ensuring alignment with system design, schedule, scope, and quality standards.
• Update stakeholders on project status, features, and product designs.
• Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of software products.
• Translate software requirements into features and user stories.
• Design and implement functionalities based on requirements.
• Participate in code and design reviews, fostering continuous improvement.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in leading software product development projects.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related fields.
• Experience in software development and coding in languages such as C#, .NET, etc.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles and SOLID principles for scalable applications.
• Experience applying design patterns and designing desktop applications.
• High attention to code quality, conducting code reviews and unit testing.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical issues for stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in tackling challenges.
• Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
• Long-term commitment with a focus on overarching goals.
• Experience with cloud-based systems such as Azure or AWS.
