Your New Role

The Senior Enterprise Architect will lead key transformation programs by developing enterprise architectures aligned with business priorities to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.

This role focuses on integrating strategic business objectives with streamlined processes and high-performance operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Business Architecture & Transformation
  2. Utilize enterprise architecture tools like Leanix, Signavio, or similar platforms to analyze, model, and optimize business processes.
  3. Identify growth opportunities and operational pain points, creating clear transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
  4. Lead initiatives to modernize the revenue lifecycle—from lead generation to cash realization.
  5. Employ process modeling and analytics tools for continuous improvement, ensuring efficient, scalable, and market-aligned processes.
  6. Act as a liaison between executive leadership and operational teams to ensure effective strategy execution.
  7. Facilitate workshops, change management, and training sessions, communicating complex strategies clearly.
  8. Mentor business leaders and teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  9. Establish governance frameworks for business process standards, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
  10. Regularly review processes and initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and enterprise architecture insights.
  11. Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies to recommend strategic enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Certifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), business process management, or change management preferred.
  • 10+ years in business process transformation and organizational change.
  • Strong background in Lead-to-Cash processes and customer-centric models.
  • Hands-on experience with EA tools like LeanIX, Signavio, or similar.
  • Expertise in mapping and optimizing revenue and demand generation processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop leadership skills.
  • Strategic mindset with analytical skills focused on ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Visionary yet pragmatic, with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Influential with a customer-first attitude and a passion for measurable business value.
  • Willing to travel for client engagements and transformation initiatives.
  • Industry experience in complex revenue environments (e.g., tech, manufacturing, professional services) is a plus.
