About the Role

Our client, a leading international company specializing in high-level B2B networking and events, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth in the UKI market . Based in Barcelona , you will be responsible for identifying and engaging senior decision-makers, building strong relationships, and promoting exclusive business events tailored to the Austrian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development : Identify and approach senior executives in the UK, understanding their business needs and offering tailored event solutions.
  • Consultative Sales : Conduct outbound sales calls and virtual meetings , engaging potential clients through a consultative and value-driven approach.
  • Account Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction .
  • Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Market Insights & Strategy : Stay informed about industry trends and provide insights to optimize sales strategies for the Austrian market.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in consultative or solution-based sales.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of new business development .
  • Experience in selling events, conferences, or networking solutions is a plus.
  • NATIVE LEVEL OF ENGLISH, plus experience in the UKI Market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
