The role

We are looking for a versatile and motivated individual to join our growing team, helping us build strong client relationships and enhance our excellent customer service as we expand across Europe.

What you’ll be doing

Your main focus will be troubleshooting and problem solving to provide excellent customer support. You will also support the sales team to improve customer retention and upsell our product where appropriate. Joining a small, fast-growing company offers opportunities to be adaptable and apply a broad range of skills across various tasks. As we learn more about different customer types and expand into new markets, you’ll have the opportunity to shape your role as it evolves.

Your responsibilities
  • Building relationships with clients to help them maximize our product’s benefits.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving to identify root causes and deliver creative, helpful solutions.
  • Providing computer and phone-based customer support.
  • Onboarding new clients onto our platform.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and upselling.
Your experience
  • Essential: Experience in customer service, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong computer skills, a bachelor’s degree or higher, fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Nice to have: Experience working with B2B software products, some sales or account management experience.
Your personality
  • You enjoy building relationships and helping people succeed.
  • You are highly reliable and detail-oriented.
  • You are comfortable working independently, proactive, and excel at problem solving.
