We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic Paid Media team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing substantial budgets and delivering impactful advertising campaigns for B2C e-commerce brands across various digital platforms, with a primary focus on Meta Ads. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Digital Paid Media Experience: 5+ years of tactical and strategic experience in Digital Paid Media, utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360 / TD / Xandr, Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, Taboola / Outbrain.
  2. B2C Ecommerce Campaign Success: Proven track record of running Direct Response ad campaigns for B2C e-commerce brands, achieving measurable results.
  3. Budget Management: Experience managing advertising budgets of over 7 million USD annually for successful campaigns.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of online marketing metrics and attribution models like MTA and MMM.
  5. Testing & Experimentation: Experience conducting A/B testing and Lift Studies.
  6. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and clear articulation of complex ideas.
  7. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with awareness/consideration campaigns for brand building.
  2. Involvement in creative direction or design insights.
  3. Experience in web Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  4. Familiarity with the Amazon Ad Platform.

Note: These advantageous qualifications are not mandatory but are considered a plus to enhance candidate effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  2. Define account strategies and create paid media plans to drive growth and ROI.
  3. Collaborate with creative teams to produce ad content.
  4. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize accordingly.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies.
  6. Allocate budgets effectively to maximize results.
  7. Prepare performance reports for senior management.
