We are seeking a detail-oriented Portuguese (pt-PT) Data Annotator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that the conversational AI model delivers a high-quality customer experience while meeting business objectives. This is a temporary contract, with a chance for extension.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Verify data to improve the performance of the AI model.
2. Review the output of the model to maintain quality standards.
3. Include feedback to improve performance.
4. Perform quality checks and supervise junior stakeholders.

Requirements

1. Entry-level position, but experience in editing, product reviewing, content writing, translation, or technical writing will be valued.
2. Excellent writing and spelling skills in Portuguese (Portugal).
3. Proficiency in English for communication with internal managers and understanding guidelines.
4. Good oral and written English and Portuguese communication skills.
5. Flexibility to respond and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently.
6. Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
7. Ability to work independently while following guidelines and workflows.
8. Comfort with writing customer-facing content and managing content tools.
9. Problem-solving mindset.
10. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
11. General knowledge of online communication.
12. Ability to follow directions and perform time-bound tasks accurately and efficiently, including monitoring junior stakeholders' quality.
13. Ability to perform repetitive tasks without quality degradation.
14. Organized and focused enough to work independently within a team environment.

Additional Requirements

1. Understanding of chatbots.
2. Knowledge of retail/shopping domain.
3. No prior experience or training required; paid training provided.
