A leading company in logistics automation seeks a Sales/Business Development professional to drive growth in Palma de Mallorca. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven sales experience, and excellent communication skills. This role involves maintaining customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with international teams to promote innovative sorting solutions.

Formación

  • At least two years of sales or business development experience in logistics automation.
  • Experience with technical support, planning, and design in logistics preferred.
  • Fluent in English, willing to travel for business.

Responsabilidades

Currently, Libiao's intelligent sorting systems are widely used across various industries and scenarios, including express delivery, supermarkets, retail, shoes & garments, medicine, catering, cold storage, book publications, and manufacturing. Over 50,000 sorting robots are operational in many countries such as the US, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and across Europe.

Responsibilities :
  • Maintain and manage current end-user customer relationships and develop the sales pipeline to achieve annual sales and revenue targets in the local area.
  • Collaborate closely with overseas sales channels, assist in formulating business plans, and build strong long-term relationships.
  • Generate new business opportunities and develop key customers.
  • Collect and analyze market trends, gather customer and market demands, and promote business development.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in science and engineering majors; candidates with overseas study or work experience are preferred.
  • At least two years of sales or business development experience in logistics automation equipment, logistics integrators, or intelligent manufacturing; experience with technical support, planning, and design in these industries is preferred.
  • Strong business perception, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure, and career ambition.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, willing to undertake overseas long-term business trips.
