The Global Service Desk is responsible for ensuring that regional Service Desks in each country receive the appropriate assistance for escalated tickets, ultimately ensuring that end users receive quick and professional IT service.
The candidate's location will preferably be in Málaga or Sevilla, but we are open to considering other locations within Spain such as Galicia, Cantabria, Asturias, Castilla León, Castilla La Mancha, Andalucía, Extremadura, Comunidad Valenciana, or Murcia.
