JOB PURPOSE:

Lead digital transformation within our Supply Chain (SC) Logistics & Customer Experience (CX) teams by managing digital projects and innovations, collaborating with global teams, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manage all digital developments in SC Logistics & CX, including project management, feasibility assessment, business case development, and execution oversight.
  2. Support the migration and rebuilding of SC Logistics & CX systems during the transition to a standalone company.
  3. Evaluate local tools for potential replacement with global solutions, aligning with the “Global First, Local by Exception” strategy.
  4. Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities for SC Logistics & CX capabilities.
  5. Serve as the primary contact for all SC Logistics & CX technology requests, promoting the DSC GTM Tech team’s visibility and effectiveness.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Experiences & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Data Science, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics and/or CX roles.
  • Proven experience with digital supply chain tools and data management.
  • Track record supporting large-scale digital projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends like AI and IoT in supply chain.
