Job Opening: Project Manager in Madrid

For our team in Madrid, we are seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of medium-sized projects, ensuring all activities adhere to policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, and financial targets.

We are expanding our Network Control team to meet the global demand for our innovative technology. We assist industries such as power, mining, and transportation by transforming real-time data into insights, enabling better daily and strategic decisions throughout the lifecycle of critical assets.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Lead project teams by defining guidelines, allocating tasks, and motivating resources to meet milestones.
  • Provide performance feedback and ensure adherence to contract and claims management policies.
  • Collaborate with the Project Controls department to define project scope, financial plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure project execution aligns with best practices and policies, managing risks and pursuing opportunities.
  • Monitor project progress, resource utilization, financials, invoicing, and cash flow.
  • Capture lessons learned and ensure formal project closure, including customer acceptance.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers and a point of escalation for project issues.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
  • Additional project management training.
  • Experience managing project scope, costs, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance stakeholder needs internally and externally.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
  • Valid work permit in Spain.
  • Available to travel up to 10% of the time.
