We are looking for Italian Client Operations Executives to join our Customer Relationship Center.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our clients in achieving our main objective: Delivering unique holidays to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Attend to clients' queries via phone calls and emails, demonstrating proactivity, courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness.
  2. Ensure all client requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately, following defined policies, guidelines, terms, and conditions.
  3. Promote goodwill when interacting with clients and internal sales teams to maintain strong relationships, achieve high client satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
  4. Identify and suggest improvements during daily work activities.
  5. Negotiate appropriate compensation, refunds, or solutions.
Position Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility to support all members of the Global Support team as needed.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, as the role involves active listening and crafting mutually beneficial solutions.
