Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central

We are offering an exciting opportunity to be hands-on in a global HR transformation, migrating from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This is a chance to work directly on a large-scale implementation, configuring, testing, and optimizing a future-ready HR system for a global organization.

The Role :

As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will focus on the technical execution of the migration, working closely with teams to configure and deploy Employee Central. You will be involved in :

  • System configuration and customization within SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Data migration from SAP HCM to Employee Central, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Testing and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.
  • Resolving complex issues and providing support throughout the rollout.
  • Assisting in the integration of Employee Central with other HR and business systems.
  • Supporting LMS and Compensation modules, if applicable.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and maintenance.
  • Strong technical skills in system configuration, data migration, and testing.
  • Experience working in large-scale SAP transformations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Experience in LMS and Compensation is a plus.
