The Enablement team is expanding, and we now seek an Enablement Specialist for the Southern Europe teams to unlock even more of our Account Executives' potential. In this role, you will develop skills, knowledge, and content to ensure our customer-facing professionals maximize every interaction. Fluency in Spanish & English (our company language)
As part of our GTM Enablement team, the Enablement Specialist will report to a Global Enablement Manager. You will be responsible for enabling and enhancing the productivity of the Southern Europe Sales Function, from onboarding new hires to ongoing development for experienced sellers. You will ensure all Account Executives are knowledgeable about resources and curriculum necessary to engage effectively with customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring the Sales team masters key sales skills such as lead, pipeline, and opportunity management (e.g., social selling, qualification), discovery and demos, pitching, objection handling, and negotiation to ensure continued success.
As the Southern Europe Enablement Specialist, you will support the design, implementation, and management of all enablement programs from onboarding through ongoing development. You will also support function-specific training and have the flexibility to innovate with new tools and resources.
This role requires close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams, so comfort with cross-functional alignment and strategy is essential.
